Innovations such as 100%, 360° rotation inspection can be performed in conjunction with internal vision and probing systems ensuring that parts are fully inspected in a single pass.

Combining these systems with a 100% stop-go eddy current check for material cracks and conformance to hardness requirements of the parts ensures that the customer has good parts every time they are used.

Bespoke systems can be designed to be incorporated into the production process if required.

All of the inspection aspects work in harmony using specific internally developed software programs that are capable of being connected by modem to the software designer if a fault occurs. This ensures that if equipment downtime did occur, it would be reduced to a minimum.
