Being unique globally having the ability to manufacture proprietary multi-piece fastener assembly machines for the industry. This allows a cost effective and reliable answer to the on-going problem of high volume assembly of this type of product.

The range of machines is extensive. All are designed and built in-house from quality materials with a high standard of manufacture to ensure the equipment supplied to the customer provides many years of repeatable service with minimal maintenance.

As the units are all in-house designed, fabricated and assembled, inclusive of electrical and electronic functions, quality control is maintained. The modular design ensures that if subsequent similar equipment is purchased it will be easy to maintain with a minimum spares stock.
Bespoke systems can be designed to be incorporated into the production process if required.
